    exceptional value
    nearby car park

Just a decent option for a flash visit in Kenilworth with exceptional value. The parking at the hotel was not easy to find, but the nearby car park at the bottom of the hill by the castle worked fine. Make sure to check the parking options in advance.

    cozy ambience
    dust accumulation
    lack of staff

    I enjoyed the cozy ambience.

The check-in process was confusing, and there was no staff available between 11.00 and 15.00, making it feel more like staying at a B&B rather than a hotel. Our room had a thick layer of dust behind the bed, and the window frames were peeling, which added to the neglected aspect of the accommodation. the room smelled musty, and we had to ask multiple times for simple amenities like coffee and milk, which should have already been provided.

I really enjoyed my stay, particularly the cozy bar atmosphere and the delicious breakfast, which featured a wonderful selection including local sausages. The location was perfect for exploring Kenilworth Castle and nearby restaurants. the parking situation was a bit tight, which could be inconvenient if you have a larger vehicle.

    spacious room
    delicious breakfast

we really enjoyed our stay at the old bakery. the deluxe double room was spacious and spotless, with a chair for each of us, which was a nice touch. the breakfast was one of the best we've had away from home. plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything!

the parking was a bit awkward, so just be patient.

    cozy ambience
    friendly staff
    great breakfast
    shower cleanliness
    tight parking

the old bakery hotel is super cozy and the decor is really nice, loved the breakfast with delicious sausages, and the staff were friendly. the location is perfect, close to the castle and other cool spots. room was clean and comfy. The pub vibe is a nice touch. would def stay here again for the ambience and great breakfast.

the shower had a bit of mould which was kinda gross, and the parking is tight so might be tricky if you've got a bigger car.
